Financial Policy

We are dedicated to helping you keep your oral health and smile, healthy and beautiful for a lifetime. Our team believes it is important to provide our patients with the highest quality of dental care and also to make this treatment affordable. We know you depend on us to explain all dental procedures and associated fees clearly and professionally prior to beginning treatment and we will gladly devote the time and attention necessary in offering you financial options when discussing treatment fees and methods of payment.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks, as payment is due at the time service is rendered. We also participate with Care Credit and Lending Club patient financing companies to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free) to offset and budget any out of pocket costs. Approval arrangements with Care Credit (www.carecredit.com) and Lending Club (www.lendingclub.com) patient financing companies should be made prior to your first appointment.

If you have dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance claim electronically as a courtesy service for you at no extra charge. We are an “out-of-network” provider and we will provide you with a treatment estimate based upon your dental insurance plan. Please keep in mind it is only an estimate and you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage and reimbursement. If we have not received payment from your dental insurance company after 60 days, you are responsible for the balance.
