Dr. Rider is a firm believer in giving back to his local community and supporting many local organizations. Over the past 2 years, he has traveled to the Dominican Republic and worked with the Dr. Garg Dental Foundation providing dental surgeries (extractions, bone grafting, dental implant placement) for the local underprivileged Dominican population.
Dr. Rider also volunteers monthly at the St. Bernadette dental clinic, performing dental exams and extractions. St. Bernadette Clinic was established in 1995 in collaboration with the Diocese of Lafayette and Our Lady of Lourdes in an effort to provide medical care to the homeless and non-working poor.
